Welcome to King Family Eye Care! We are committed to providing our patients with a great eye care experience in our practice. Our emphasis is on comprehensive eye examinations, the fitting of contact lenses, and the diagnosis and management of eye diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, diabetes and cataracts.

We offer convenient hours in the evening and Saturday at our two locations. We have recently begun the conversion to Electronic Health Records. What that means for our patients is the convenience of their charts being available in either location. We have a number of patients who live in the Hartford area but spend some summer vacation time on the shoreline of CT. In addition, some of our shoreline patients commute to Hartford for work. Our patients can visit either location and their medical records are accessible for eye emergencies and glasses / contact lens remakes.

And for our boaters - we can get your prescription sunglasses remade if they fall into the water quickly! (Yes, this happens a lot).
