How Far in Advance Should You Book?
- Old Saybrook: Usually books about 1 month in advance. Keep an eye out for last-minute cancellations.
- Rocky Hill: More flexibility with occasional next-day availability.
Emergency or urgent eye problem? Call us—we’ll fit you in same-day or direct you to the care you need.

Booking for Families

For family bookings:
- We can book up to 3 family members back-to-back.
- For more than 3, we’ll split appointments across time slots or days to ensure smooth service and avoid last-minute complications.
- Babies and toddlers are always welcome to come along!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give 48 hours’ notice. Life happens—just let us know!
No-shows are subject to a $50 fee to help cover lost time.
Running Late?
We offer a 10-minute grace period. Call ahead if you're delayed—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Past 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule to respect other patients’ time.
