If you do not see your plan listed here, please call our office and our staff would be happy to verify your specific insurance coverage.

Why do we accept both Medial and Vision Insurance?

Simply put, they cover different eye-related services.
Most vision plans include the following benefits: frames, lenses, contact lenses and routine eye examinations that evaluate the function of the eyes as it relates to vision. Eligibility for routine eye exams can be every one or two years. Most routine vision plans do NOT cover treatment or evaluation of medical conditions such as vision loss, floaters, dry eyes, allergies, eye disease, or diabetes. Vision insurance plans do not cover diagnosis codes billed for these eye-related conditions. If found during the course of the exam, these conditions may be billed to your medical insurance.
For your convenience, King Family Eye Care will ask for both their medical and vision insurance policy information to verify benefits and coverage prior to your eye examination.
